The monthly allowance does not accumulate: unused briefs do not carry into the next period. Sourcerow may change the price or the allowance for future periods with at least 30 days notice to the email on the subscription; you can cancel before the change takes effect.

A single brief is spent only when a brief is generated from your own two periods. Running the published sample never spends it, and a template Sourcerow cannot read never spends it. It does not renew, it does not accumulate, and it grants nothing after it expires.

At US$99 each, 3 single briefs cost about the same as one month of the subscription, which includes 10. The single brief exists so you can test Sourcerow on one real client without committing to a month; it is not a cheaper way to run a book of clients.

4. What Sourcerow does and does not do

Sourcerow reads exactly two rows of a published ten-field template and produces a one-page brief that labels which source row supports each statement. It performs arithmetic and formatting. It does not judge your business, verify your numbers, or decide anything.

Sourcerow does not connect to your PSA, RMM or any other system, and never asks for credentials. If the input is wrong, the output will be confidently wrong in the same way a spreadsheet would be.

5. Your responsibility for the output

Every brief is a draft until you review it. You decide whether a brief is accurate and appropriate before it reaches a client, and you remain responsible for what you send and for any decision taken from it.

Do not put credentials, ticket text, end-user names or personal data of your clients into the template. The template asks only for aggregate numbers and a client alias, and it is designed so that identifying data is never needed.

6. No result guarantee

Sourcerow makes no promise about time saved, client outcomes, contract renewals or revenue. Any figure shown in marketing describes a measurement of the software, never a promise about your business.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Your data and your briefs

Your CSV file is not uploaded. To build a subscriber's brief, the ten template fields from each row are sent to our server, held in memory while the document is produced, and discarded. Nothing is stored, so we cannot recover a brief for you afterwards.

The briefs you generate are yours. Sourcerow claims no ownership over them and does not use your inputs to train anything. The software, its templates and its wording remain Sourcerow's.

8. Billing, renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your Stripe receipt; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charge is made.

If a payment fails, access may be suspended until it succeeds. Refunds are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Sourcerow may suspend or end an account that abuses the service, attempts to breach its security, or uses it unlawfully. If that happens without fault on your side, the unused part of the paid period is refunded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction above. Nothing here removes a consumer or business protection that the law of your own country grants you and does not allow to be waived.

Material changes are announced by email to the address on the subscription at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the new version.
