Include the transaction reference, but do not attach client data, raw CSV, ticket content, credentials, or secrets. Review the Refund policy first.
5. Do not send client data
No contact route accepts credentials, unredacted exports, client legal names, personal end-user data, ticket text, hostnames, network identifiers, attachments, secrets, or recovery codes. Support never needs them: the product runs in your browser, so there is nothing on our side for us to inspect.
